How much does mobile dog grooming cost? Prices depend on breed, size, coat condition and service. A Bath & Brush starts from £40, a Bath & Style from £45, and a Full Groom from £60.
How do I book? Use the Pet Portal to view live availability, choose a date and time, reschedule and update your details. It takes around 1–2 minutes. Ask Tilly if you need help choosing first.
How long does a grooming session take? A Bath & Brush typically takes 45–60 minutes, a Bath & Style 60–90 minutes, and a Full Groom 1.5–3 hours. We never rush.
Which grooming service is right for my dog? Bath & Brush is for short and smooth coats, Bath & Style for silky and double coats, and Full Groom for continuously growing coats that need clipping.
How should I prepare my dog? Make sure your dog has had a chance to go to the toilet before our arrival and is on a lead ready to be handed over.
Do I need to provide water or electricity? Generally no. Our van is fully equipped with warm water, heating, and onboard power.

Can I stay with my dog? We generally advise against this. Dogs settle better with one-to-one trust with the groomer.
Do you use hypoallergenic shampoos? Yes. Gentle, hypoallergenic or fragrance-free options can be used where they suit your dog, and vet-prescribed shampoo can be supplied with its instructions.
What happens if my dog's coat is matted? Matting & Extra Coat Work starts at +£5 and is capped at +£15, depending on the extra work needed. If matting is too severe to brush out kindly, we discuss a shorter clip first.
Do you groom puppies and nervous dogs? Yes. Puppies are booked into the groom that suits their coat and first grooms are taken slowly. The Nervous / Elderly Dogs add-on reserves extra time where needed.
How often should my dog be groomed? Curly, wool and doodle-type continuously growing coats usually need a Full Groom every 4–6 weeks. Silky, straight and feathered coats do well around every 6–8 weeks. Double-coat timing varies by breed, coat density and shedding cycle, while short and smooth coats are groomed as needed.
