From Booking to Blow-Dry

1. Book online — Pick a date and time that suits you in the Pet Portal. It takes around 1–2 minutes.
2. We arrive at your door — A text reminder lands a day or two before. When we arrive, we agree the style and check the coat before anything starts.
3. Home again, fresh — One-to-one grooming, then straight back to you.

Mobile Grooming Explained

We come to your home fully equipped — water, heat and power travel with us. Your dog is groomed one-to-one in the van, then straight back to you.

• Right at your door — The van parks at your home, so there is no drop-off, no pick-up and no car journey
• One-to-one, start to finish — No waiting room and no other dogs around while your dog is groomed
• Weekday and Saturday slots — Tuesday to Friday, plus Saturdays
• Onboard hot water — Heated and stored in the van
• Onboard power — Battery and solar powered, so nothing is needed from you
• Professional equipment — A full salon setup travels with us
• One-to-one space — Your dog is the only dog in the van

Preparing Your Pup

Three small things that make the visit even smoother: let your dog out for a toilet break just before we arrive, have them on a lead ready to hand over when we pull up, and leave a safe, flat place to park — the van is fully self-sufficient.
