Bookings are made through our online Pet Portal — see live availability, choose a date and time and receive instant confirmation in around 1–2 minutes. If you have a question first, ask Tilly.
All appointments are made in the Pet Portal. Log in with your mobile number, add your dog's details — breed, coat type and any handling notes — and pick a slot from live availability. There is no need to call or email back and forth.
Once your appointment is confirmed in the Pet Portal, we send a text reminder one to two days beforehand so you never miss a session. On the day, our fully equipped mobile van arrives at your door — no need to travel anywhere.
How do I book? Appointments are booked online through the Pawlished & Pampered Pet Portal, where you can view live availability. We do not take bookings by phone, email or a contact form.
How soon can I get an appointment? Live availability changes all the time, so the Pet Portal always shows the current slots and the earliest appointment for your area.
Do I need to be home during the groom? We prefer an adult to be present to hand over and collect the dog, but you do not need to stay outside or supervise the session.
We provide mobile dog grooming across Paisley, Renfrewshire, East Renfrewshire, Glasgow and selected nearby areas, with some fringe areas route-dependent. Not sure if we cover your postcode? Just ask and we will let you know.
