Bath & Brush suits short and smooth coats, and short double coats, that need a proper clean and a thorough brush-out but not a haircut. It's ideal for keeping shedding under control between visits, for small dogs and for big smooth-coated breeds alike.

Does a Bath & Brush include a haircut? No. It's a bath, blow-dry, brush-out, nail trim and ear clean with no clipping or scissoring. If your dog's coat keeps growing and needs a haircut, book a Full Groom instead.
What about shedding and short double coats? Short double coats such as Labradors are well suited. The blow-dry and full brush-out lift loose undercoat to cut shedding, and normal de-shedding is included; the de-shedding add-on is only for overdue or unusually heavy coats.
How long does this service take? Typically 45–60 minutes. We never rush — your dog's comfort and safety come first.
How often should my dog be bathed? Short, smooth coats are generally bathed as needed rather than on a fixed schedule. For double coats, timing varies by breed, coat density and shedding cycle, with regular maintenance especially useful during heavier shedding.
Do you need my water or electricity? No — the van is fully self-sufficient with its own water and power on board. If a socket is available we'll happily plug in with your permission, as it helps the equipment run at full performance, but it isn't required.
Is a Bath & Brush suitable for puppies? Yes. It's a calm introduction to grooming from around 12 weeks old, once vaccinations are complete.
What if my dog has sensitive skin or allergies? We use gentle, hypoallergenic shampoos. If your vet has prescribed a medicated shampoo, we're happy to use it.
