Use the contact form to tell us about your dog — their breed, coat type, and what service you are interested in. The more detail you can share, the better we can tailor our recommendation. We will get back to you quickly to arrange a convenient appointment that suits your schedule.
Once we receive your message, we will confirm your dog's details, recommend the most suitable grooming service, and arrange a date and time that works for you. We send a text reminder one to two days before your appointment so you never miss a session. On the day, our fully equipped mobile van arrives at your door — no need to travel anywhere.
How quickly do you respond? We typically reply within a few hours on weekdays and by the next working day for weekend enquiries.
Can I book a same-week appointment? We often have availability within the same week, especially midweek. Get in touch and we will check our schedule for you.
Do I need to be home during the groom? We prefer an adult to be present to hand over and collect the dog, but you do not need to stay outside or supervise the session.
