What To Expect
Get in Touch — Drop us a message with your pet's details. We will reach out to book a date and time that suits you, including weekends.
Reminders & Arrival — You will get a text reminder 1 to 2 days before. We arrive in our fully equipped van with its own water supply, heating, and onboard power.
The Consultation — We chat about your pet's needs and tailor the groom exactly to what you are looking for.
The Pampering — We work our magic. Once your pup is fully groomed, we return them to your door looking and smelling fresh.
Preparing Your Pup
Make sure your dog has had a chance to go to the toilet before our arrival. It is also helpful if they are on a lead and ready to be handed over. Our fully equipped van has its own warm water supply, heating, and onboard power — so in most cases, all we need is a safe, flat place to park.
