This service agreement outlines the terms and conditions that apply when you book a mobile dog grooming appointment with Pawlished & Pampered. By booking with us, you agree to the following terms.
Appointments can be booked through our website or by contacting us directly. We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee. We send appointment reminders by text message to help you stay on track.
All grooming is carried out on a one-to-one basis in our fully equipped mobile van. We follow a welfare-first approach — if your dog shows signs of distress, we will adjust the session or stop as needed. Severely matted coats may require a shorter clip for your dog's comfort and safety. We reserve the right to refuse service if a dog poses a safety risk.
